C. What We Do After Receiving a Valid Notice

- In appropriate circumstances, terminate repeat infringers.
D. Counter‑Notice Procedure
If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, the affected party may send a counter‑notice that includes:

- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.
Upon receiving a valid counter‑notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant informs us they have filed court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Knowingly submitting false claims or counter‑claims may result in liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) under the DMCA or similar laws.
